Mercy Mission International is a child protection agency determine to protect, provide, and educate children to become important key players in their communities and the world. We concentrate on the poorest that often becomes the most vulnerable in todays world. Given the rapid increase in child abuse, neglect, child trafficking and prostitution, child slavery, Mercy Mission gets down on the operational ground to engage with the local communities, village partners, local and international child protection agencies in accessing the problems facing children and the solution planning.

Our unique hands on approach enables us to prevent crimes against children and more importantly monitor each child by listening to them and valuing their opinions. Mercy Mission engage local communities in agricultural farming design to create food security for children. We also provide education and trauma counseling. Our feeding programmes have over-stretched us so much that we need urgent financial help to buy tractors for effective large scale farming, construction materials for the seed banks, more schools and training centers for young adults.

Here is how you can help:

You can help feed, cloth, and educate a child for a month for as little as £33 a month. Mercy Mission will send full details including photos and correspondents as well as progress report of a child you are sponsoring, when ready, you can meet your sponsor child and Mercy Mission will take care of your accommodation.
- You can sponsor a child's education for £15 a month or help feed a child for £15 a month. Mercy Mission will no doubt give you all the feed backs regarding sponsored children.
- Or you can help send our child protection team to monitoring field for a week for as little as £95. The team have a high success rate of deterring, preventing and reporting crime against children who are abused, enslaved, trafficked or neglected and in some cases abandoned.

Rev. Khan was born in the United Kingdom . His parents are from the West African State of Freetown-Sierra Leone. Childhood experiences and the suffering he saw in war-torn Sierra Leone encouraged him to start Mercy Mission.

Rev. Christiana Sawyer is a professional nurse with 43 years experience in the United. Kingdom
last twenty years of her professional life have been spent in caring for the elderly who are frail and vulnerable. She has a strong calling for the work of the Lord, a role which she fulfills on part-time basis for the time being with the full support of her husband and four grown up children. Having been born in Ghana and with her husband having some family ties in Sierra Leone, she fully understands the plight of the children in that country, the direct result of that painful and destructive war. She totally supports the various efforts Mercy Mission are making, financial and otherwise, to raise awareness and to provide some solutions for the many needy children.

Helen Adams born 1951 and born again about 1979!
She has 32 years of varied experience in the field of education. Established the UK's first group of education/work centers for 130+ disaffected youth. This model continues to operate and expand nationally with growing success. Like her husband she has had involvement with abused children. She is a Christian charity trustee. Married for 34 years she has two adult sons and loads of interests.

Rev. Sylvia Jones is a registered nurse who came to London from Trinidad in 1969.
She studied at Lewisham University Hospital and Kings. Her speciality is Neo Natal,Obstetrics and Children's Health. Her experiences in counseling and nursing children in the United Kingdom for twenty years will aid her work with the orphans of Mercy Mission
